Compagnie de Provence currently accepts Visa and Mastercard. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order. In the event your credit card is declined, we will inform you of this event and request a new credit card number. Compagnie de Provence is not responsible for delivery delays caused by credit card decline.
To pay by check or money order, please send payment to Compagnie de Provence, 3444 Tripp Court, Ste. C, San Diego, CA 92121. Orders paid by check will be held until the payment has cleared.

Returns & Exchanges
Every item sold by Compagnie de Provence is satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send the item unopened back to us within 14 days of purchase. We will be happy to issue a credit once the merchandise has been received by our warehouse in perfect condition. Please make sure to include your Compagnie de Provence receipt and provide us with a daytime phone number to contact you. We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. All orders are processed the next business day. Delivery transit time for ground-shipped orders is usually 4-7 business days anywhere in the continental U.S.
Shipment tracking is a service provided by the carrier chosen for the delivery of your package. Each carrier assigns a unique tracking code to your package. Once that package is recorded in their system, i.e. has actually left our distribution warehouse. Compagnie de Provence is given access to these tracking codes by the carrier once a package is shipped. Until the carrier assigns these tracking codes, Compagnie de Provence cannot provide you access to tracking codes. For orders shipped within California state, sales tax applies to the total order amount. No sales tax is added for orders shipped to other locations.
